Overview

RVMeet is a private, invite-only travel coordination app for groups of RV families. By creating an account or using RVMeet, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Beta software

RVMeet is provided as beta software. It is actively developed and may have bugs, outages, or data inconsistencies. We make no guarantees of uptime, data persistence, or fitness for any particular purpose. Use it as a helpful coordination tool, not as a mission-critical travel planner.

Acceptable use

• RVMeet is intended for coordinating RV travel plans among an invited group of families.
• You may only create an account if you have been invited by a group member or the administrator.
• Don't use RVMeet to upload false, harmful, or misleading trip data.
• Don't attempt to access other users' data beyond what the app normally makes visible to your group.
• Don't abuse or attempt to overload the service (excessive uploads, automated scraping, etc.).

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for any activity under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, change your password immediately or contact the administrator.

Accounts are subject to admin approval. We reserve the right to decline, suspend, or remove any account at any time, with or without notice.

Your data

You retain ownership of the trip data you upload. By uploading it, you grant RVMeet permission to store and display it to other members of your group for coordination purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details on how data is handled.

No warranty

RVMeet is provided “as is” without any warranty, express or implied. We don't guarantee that coordination matches will be accurate, that geocoding results will be correct, or that calendar feed syncing will always succeed. Always double-check important travel plans directly with your travel companions.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, RVMeet and its operator are not liable for any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app, including lost data, missed meetups, or travel disruptions.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continued use after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
